Brief
I was commissioned by Climate Outreach and Information Network to create a publication telling the stories of people directly affected by climate change.
Delivered
Print publication featuring quotes and articles from around the world, documenting mass migration as a result of climate change.
The route I took with the publication was quite textural, trying to give a feel of the upheaval and chaos caused by environmental disasters.
Focus on the human story was the main goal, and that was carried out through direct quotes and large images.
Each geographical area was covered with it’s own case study.
After the quotes, more in-depth analysis of the causes and impacts in that particular region was covered by a longer researched article, with footnotes.
